The special We Love Bingo Room opens at 11pm daily. The access is open to all players. If there are technical difficulties, the room will be postponed or cancelled.
In the "We Love Bingo Room", you will receive 2 times the amount of cards purchased on each game if you make a single transaction of 10 cards or a multiple of 10. If cards are purchased in different transactions, the free cards will not be awarded by the system, and cannot be manually credited by Customer Support.
The Loyalty Lottery will be take place from Monday through Friday and will consider the deposits made the prior day. The tickets from deposits made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be raffled on Monday.
The 250 players every week for the Surprise Bonus Email will be selected by a combination of deposits, cash wagered and some luck. The players who receive the email should contact Customer Support via chat, email or phone to claim the bonus. The bonus can only be claimed once, and within the 7 days after the email was sent.
